JAZHDAJEWELER offers complimentary secure shipping on all orders over $5,000 within Nigeria. For international orders, we partner with specialized armored couriers (Ferrari Group, Brinks) to ensure the safety of your purchase.
Domestic Delivery (Nigeria)
- Lagos: Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 12 PM WAT. Standard delivery: 1-2 business days.
- Abuja & Port Harcourt: Express delivery: 1-3 business days.
- Nationwide: Standard secure delivery: 3-5 business days to most state capitals.
Security & Insurance
All shipments are fully insured until the moment of signature. A valid government-issued ID is required upon delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return:
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all original tags attached.
- Original packaging, certificates of authenticity, and warranty cards must be included.
- Bespoke or personalized items (such as engraved rings) are final sale and cannot be returned.

Your jewelry is designed to last generations, but fine materials require care.
Gold & Platinum
Clean with warm water and a soft cloth. Avoid exposure to chlorine/bleach. Store separately to prevent scratching.
Diamonds & Gemstones
Clean with a soft brush and mild soapy water. Professional inspection is recommended annually to check setting security.
Watches
For automatic movements, use a watch winder when not worn. Service mechanical watches every 3-5 years. Ensure crown is screwed down before water contact.
