1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the JAZHDAJEWELER website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. JAZHDAJEWELER is a luxury retailer headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria.

2. Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, due to the nature of gemstones and handcrafted items, slight variations may occur. Carat weights and measurements are approximate. JAZHDAJEWELER reserves the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) or Nigerian Naira (NGN) as indicated. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable but exclude shipping duties for international orders. Payments must be received in full before items are dispatched. We reserve the right to verify high-value transactions to prevent fraud.

4. Bespoke Orders

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to commence work on bespoke commissions. The balance is due upon completion before delivery. Bespoke items are non-returnable and non-refundable once the design has been approved and production has started.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of JAZHDAJEWELER and is protected by Nigerian copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JAZHDAJEWELER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos, Nigeria.
